FASA offers dance lessons Monday nights. We are lucky to have two of the best dancers and instructors going. AC and Cathy Williams are not only great dancers, but are also a hoot to share time with. They compete regularly and are active in the Competitive Shagger's Association. They are two time winners of The National Shag Dance Championships in Myrtle Beach and three time winners of the Grand National Championships in Atlanta.

Location:

The dance class will be held at the Elk's Lodge on Gables Drive off of Country Club Drive. Click here for directions to the Elk's Lodge.

Times:

Beginners hit the floor at 6:45 pm.
Intermediate class"A" follows them at 7:30pm.
Intermediate class"B" follows them at 8:15pm.

Cost:

The cost of lessons is $40.00 per person for the four week session. Members of FASA pay only $30.00 per person. If you are not a member of FASA you can join the dance club for $30.00 a year and still get the member's discount. If you join FASA you not only get the discount rate for dance lessons, but you also get 50% discount on admission to monthly parties. Each party includes dancing from 8:00 until midnight, a great buffet line, and a live DJ. You also get free admission to the monthly meetings (It is really just another excuse to dance). The meeting includes dancing from 8:00 until 10:00, snacks, and a live DJ. To top it off you get free admission to the annual FASA Christmas party. This party includes the same amenities as our monthly parties, but the buffet line is to die for. All of our events take place in a smoke free facility with a great dance floor and a cash bar.

To help you remember the steps they showcase each month, DVDs are available for $15.00 if you take lessons.
